To an audience of some 70 people, Mira Oren spoke about her father, Erich Lichtblau-Leskly, his cartoons and what happened to them while he was in the Terezin concentration camp, and afterwards.

This was an outstanding and very moving presentation. Mira showed many of her father's drawings and cartoons. With the greatest subtlety, black humour and irony, they expose the grim reality and banality of every day life in the camp.

The collection is held in the Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust.
